About installation
The experimental farm (35 ha, 42°08’ LAT, 12°44’ LONG, Elevation 20 m) is made up of homogeneous plots where crop responses to the various agrotechnical inputs can be monitored. It is possible to perform different Genotype X Environment trials tests and validate resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. The farm is supplied with equipment for large and small (plot) scale field trials, such as: plowing and fertilization, sowing, weeding, harvesting and threshing machinery.
