The infrastructure includers the experimental farm La Noria consisting of three greenhouses, open fields and laboratories, and a laboratory for chemical and microbiological analysis of food products. The greenhouses are equipped with different types of soilless cultivation systems, particularly suitable for the sustainable production of vegetables, though innovative sensor-based technologies aimed at the rational management of irrigation and fertilization, and suitable for the production of vegetables enriched with nutraceuticals and/or biofortified, through specific actions on nutrient solutions and crop management.
