The CNR_ISA_Proteomics_Biosensors Lab infrastructure offers an integrated analytical platform that includes: QExactive mass spectrometer coupled to nanoLC system (Thermo Fisher Scientific); HPLC and FPLC systems; 1D and 2D electrophoretic systems; Dedicated bioinformatics platforms for performing high throughput proteomics and peptidomics studies; Steady-state Fluorometer in UV-VIS-IR regions; Fluorometer for Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy; Steady-state and time-Resolved Fluorometer; Optical Biosensors. The installation is also fully equipped to carry out sample preparation and routine analyses of proteins, peptides and other food components.
