About installation
The infrastructure comprises: 1) Analytical lab for the determination of antioxidant capacity and biological activity of food components. The equipment comprises fluorimeter, spectrophotometer, HPLC, freeze-drying equipment, evaporator, tissue culture facility, Real Time PCR. 2) Animal facility for in vivo studies.
