The GINCPM Drug Discovery and medicinal chemistry units provide expertise and infrastructure to support assay development, screening chemical triage, and optimization of hit matter with organic synthesis. The platform integrates acoustic dispense liquid handling, plate reader and high-content imaging screening with associated informatics and analytical chemistry. The general screening library of greater than 200,000 compounds includes different sub collections of chemical probes, natural products of plant origin, as well as drugs and diverse screening libraries. The team of biologists, chemists, and computational scientists work together to triage and confirm compounds of interest following screening.
