Euro-BioImaging offers open access to imaging technologies, training, and data services in biological and biomedical imaging. Euro-BioImaging services are provided by 35 Nodes (representing 173 imaging platforms), that are distributed across Europe. Facilities are offering imaging applications across all Life Science domains and beyond. Many Nodes have particular scientific expertise in the field of Agroecology, including specialised equipment for the study of plant biology and adaptation, as well as those systems designed to investigate microorganisms and their interactions with the environment, such as soil. The services currently offered include 50 different imaging technologies and related activities such as preparation of samples, data analysis, provision of needed consumables, biological safety labs etc. Within this consortium, the following 9 Euro-BioImaging Nodes with particular expertise in the area of Agroecology are offering their services and expertise to researchers
