About installation
The PPBI - Portuguese Platform of BioImaging is a multi-sited, multimodal Euro-BioImaging Node covering biological imaging. PPBI comprises several advanced microscopy core facilities, organized in 3 geographical imaging clusters. PPBI services focus on advanced microscopy and image analysis for a wide range of life science domains. For this consortium, the Node offers its particular expertise in plant biology, microbiology and marine biology, to the use of high-end live imaging and functional imaging systems, high-throughput microscopy and electron microscopy with elemental analysis.
