The Euro-BioImaging EMBL-Node provides advanced expertise in structural and cellular electron microscopy. Our imaging techniques cover all scales ranging from macromolecular complexes to imaging of multicellular organisms at room temperature and in cryo. From sample preparation to image analysis our services include performing the experiments, assisting the users in their use of facility resources and providing advanced teaching and training. Some of the techniques that we offer include conventional TEM and SEM, Immuno-EM, single particle cryo-EM, cryo-electron tomography as well as 3D CLEM at room temperature and in cryo.
