About Service
The VIB Screening Core provides support in high-throughput microscopy. The Opera Phenix high-content imaging microscope is integrated in an automation platform that enables microscopic analysis of large sample sizes in microtiterplate format (96-well or 384-well plate format). We set-up the image acquisition protocols and are involved in the image analysis pipeline.
