Euro-Mediterranean plant pathogen collection is a network of facilities, laboratories and experimental fields in which to properly store and manage plant pathogen collections, especially pathogens of grapevine, stone and pome fruits, citrus and fig.

The collection is located at CIHEAM Bari campus, Italy.

Specific informations

Plant Pathogen Collection of Euro-Mediterranean strains of plant pathogens includes:

- fungi (Alternaria spp., Aspergillus spp., Penicillium spp., Monilinia spp., Verticillium spp.)

- bacteria (Xylella fastidiosa)
