About Service
The testing of efficacy of PPPs (Plant Protection Products) is performed before entering the market in testing facilities consisting of 3 rooms and a warehouse for approximately 100 m2 of surface.
Besides, efficacy testing can be performed in the CIHEAM Bari experimental fields (i.e. it also works on demand in on-farm fields).
This service allows to develop and evaluate the efficacy of PPPs in view of an agroecological crop protection (ACP) system in order to support sustainable agriculture and facilitate agroecological transition.
Specific informations
Collection of biopesticides and insecticides authorised in organic agriculture is available and accessible.
