About Service
The center offers processing of agricultural products, small-batch experimental food production in order to test new raw materials, recipes, ingredients and technological steps for the purposes of research and practice. Following this, it will be possible to process food and agricultural products on a culinary basis, focusing on various procedures with regard to the nutritional and sensory quality of food. Technological research can be complemented by sensory evaluation of food and its nutritional assessment.
