About Service
The offered services allow the “green” extraction, concentration and separation of bioactive molecules with high added value or compounds of interest in various sectors from biological matrices, wastes and by-products. It is also possible to obtain products with improved shelf life and quality using spray drying or freeze-drying technologies.The installation can also act as an interface between industrial actors and consumers by developing and testing various processes and scenarios for social implementation of food waste reduction and bioeconomy solutions.
